Since 1997, environmental sustainability has been at the core of our operations. We actively restore and protect ecosystems by cultivating organic fertilizers, repurposing organic residues, and implementing measures such as vetiver planting and wildlife corridors. Our sustainability efforts include maintaining a 200-hectare protected forest reserve and reintegrating 67,500 tons of nutrient-rich bokashi into the soil to enhance fertility and long-term agricultural viability.
By sponsoring a school for 1,280 students and ensuring that 46% of our workforce is composed of women, we foster education, inclusivity, and equal opportunities.
Our success is built on the dedication of our employees and our commitment to social responsibility. We go beyond employment by investing in education, gender equality, and healthcare, having provided free medical care since 1984 and awarded scholarships to 30 university students.
