Un proceso verdaderamente sostenible
Nuestro compromiso con la calidad y la sostenibilidad inicia mucho antes de la siembra. Cultivamos microorganismos de montaña que enriquecen nuestro suelo y los utilizamos directamente en el campo y durante la producción de nuestro bokashi orgánico.

Cosechamos solo los palmitos más finos. Estos se transforman en una diversa gama de productos premium. Desde 1997, la sostenibilidad ambiental ha sido el núcleo de nuestras operaciones. Restauramos y protegemos ecosistemas mediante fertilizantes orgánicos, reutilización de residuos y medidas como siembra de vetiver y corredores biológicos. Nuestros esfuerzos incluyen mantener una reserva forestal de 200 hectáreas y reintegrar 67,500 toneladas de bokashi al suelo para mejorar su fertilidad.
Al patrocinar una escuela para 1,280 estudiantes y asegurar que el 46% de nuestra fuerza laboral sean mujeres, fomentamos la educación, inclusión e igualdad de oportunidades.
Nuestro éxito se basa en la dedicación de nuestros empleados y nuestro compromiso con la responsabilidad social. Invertimos en educación, igualdad de género y salud, brindando atención médica gratuita desde 1984 y becas a 30 universitarios.
